Welcome to Gramercy Cavaliers.

Gramercy is a word that dates back to the Middle Ages. It is Middle English for "great thanks". In choosing this name, I am giving thanks for the wonderful help, support and guidance I have received in my adventures as a fledgling dog handler, and for this wonderful breed that I am privileged to have in my life.

I chose the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for their sweet, soft dispositions and adorable appearance. I first met a brace of Cavaliers in 1978 in San Francisco. Those charming spaniels were always happy to come into the grooming parlor where I worked and wagged their way right into my heart. I knew back then that these dogs were for me, but it wasn't until 2006 that my wish for a Cavalier became true!

We are located in sunny California in the south part of Sacramento.
